Husni Salieh

Husni Salieh was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Noyon in 2023, bringing a wealth of experience in strategic planning, business transformation, global design operations, and digital business growth. Prior to this, he served as Director – Strategic Transformation for MAS Holdings, where he co-led MAS’ 2025 organisational strategy and facilitated its implementation. In his role he also supported the Group CEO with strategic transformation while overseeing business operations across MAS.
Husni’s tenure at MAS includes leadership roles in strategic planning, design operations, and digital business. From 2018 to 2020, he served as Director of Strategic Planning for the MAS Chairman, playing a key role in aligning long-term business objectives. Previously, as Director of International Design Operations for MAS Intimates, he overlooked global design centers in New York, London, Hong Kong, and Sri Lanka. He also served as Business Director for the Digital Brands vertical from 2013 to 2015, managing P&L responsibility for innovative product and order fulfillment platforms. Prior to joining MAS Holdings, Husni worked at KPMG Sri Lanka in financial advisory before moving to Nestlé Lanka Plc.
Husni is an Executive Committee Member of the Fabric & Apparel Accessory Manufacturers Association of Sri Lanka (FAAMA), as well as the Sri Lanka France and Sri Lanka Indonesia Business Councils of the Ceylon Chamber of Commerce; and is a founding member of 'The Asia Strategy, Transformation & Growth Council’ under the patronage of the Conference Board of Asia.
He holds an MBA from Imperial College Business School, London, where he was a scholarship recipient and Student Ambassador. He is a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) and an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), UK. His executive education includes the Global Leadership Program at INSEAD, the Leadership Development Program by Doug Adams, and the Negotiation Strategy Program by The Positive Purchasing Group, UK. He was also a recipient of the Association of Overseas Technical Scholarship (AOTS), Japan, and a graduate of its Lean Manufacturing and Japanese Production System program.
