Ruwan Keragala

Chief Executive Officer – MAS Silueta (Pvt) Ltd.

Ruwan Keragala serves as the Chief Executive Officer of MAS Silueta (Pvt) Ltd., a subsidiary of MAS Holdings. With over two decades at MAS, he brings more than 13 years of senior leadership experience within MAS Intimates, where he previously held the roles of Chief Operating Officer and Finance Director, playing a key role in driving operational excellence, financial discipline, and strategic growth.

Beyond his executive responsibilities, Ruwan contributes to corporate governance and national development. He serves as an Independent Non-Executive Director of Ambeon Holdings PLC, is Chairman of the High-Performance Committee of the National Olympic Committee of Sri Lanka, and Deputy Chairperson of Jaya Media Network, a national Buddhist television channel and social enterprise.

Ruwan also served on several national-level bodies including the National Sports Council and the Sri Lanka Cricket Technical Advisory Committee. He has also served in the University Grants Commission Standing Committee for Management Studies and the Board of Management of the University of Colombo School of Computing, further strengthening his contributions to higher education and the technology sector. In 2024, he represented Sri Lanka as part of the Presidential Business Delegation to the World Economic Forum in Davos.

Ruwan holds a First-Class Honours degree in Business Administration, specialising in Human Resource Management, from the University of Colombo, and an MBA from Imperial College London. He has completed executive education programmes at Harvard Business School and INSEAD and is a Fellow Member of CIMA (UK) and ACCA (UK), as well as an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka.

Complementing his corporate leadership, Ruwan is a qualified international boxing coach and former Treasurer of the Sri Lanka Boxing Association. He was also the Creative Director of Super Fighter, Sri Lanka’s first sports reality television show, which received the Best Reality Show of the Year award at the Raigam Tele Awards in 2015.
