Sid Amalean

Sid Amalean is currently the Head of Strategy and a Board Member of the Innovation Board at MAS Holdings. As the Head of Strategy, Sid currently leads the development and rollout of the company’s 2030 strategy.

Having obtained his bachelor’s degree in business management from Boston University, Sid worked at Virtusa prior to joining MAS in 2016.

Prior to his current role at MAS, Sid has worked in production, innovation, wearable technology and held a leadership role as the Head of Sustainable Business, consolidating the company’s sustainability strategy into the MAS Plan for Change.

Sid is also a Board Member of the MAS Foundation for Change, an independent non-profit organization aimed at tackling the social and environmental challenges faced due to biodiversity loss, ocean pollution, and lack of access to clean water.
