Willem Haitink is Managing Partner of TWINERY Ventures, bringing more than 30 years of international leadership experience across consumer brands, venture investing and business growth. He has held senior executive roles at Unilever, Nike, O'Neill and Tesla, leading international expansion, product innovation and organizational transformation across global markets.

Following his executive career, Willem has served as chairman, board member, advisor and investor in growth companies, private equity and venture-backed businesses. Since 2021, he has advised MAS Holdings on strategy and innovation, helping shape the vision, investment strategy and launch of TWINERY Ventures.

In his role, Willem leads TWINERY Ventures' investment strategy, portfolio development and strategic partnerships. He is passionate about helping founders and MAS accelerate breakthrough technologies that will shape the future of the global apparel industry.
