ZIYAN ZAHIR

Chief Executive Officer - MAS Kreeda

Ziyan Zahir was appointed CEO of MAS KREEDA in January 2023. With 20 years of well-rounded experience in the apparel sector, Ziyan has been an integral part of MAS for over 16 years. Prior to this, Ziyan was the CEO of PT MAS Arya in Indonesia and MAS Sumantra in Bangladesh, which is MAS’ single largest manufacturing capacity outside Sri Lanka. Since his appointment in 2020, Ziyan was instrumental in setting up a ‘One-MAS’ eco-system in Indonesia, giving leadership to all three SBU’s in the country, driving operational excellence and in-country verticality.

He has been a key member of the MAS Intimates Senior Leadership team, pioneering design-to-delivery solutions since he joined as a Business Director in 2006 and spearheaded key business accounts including Victoria’s Secret, PINK and Marks & Spencer. In 2014, Ziyan helped set up ‘MAS Direct’, where he successfully maximised its value as an independent sourcing arm, now a significant revenue contributor for the Intimates Division. Ziyan was appointed Business Director for Limited Brands in 2018, where he played a key role in identifying & exploring new market spaces for VS&Co.

Outside work, Ziyan has a fiery passion for sports. A former sportsman himself, who played rugby, squash and swimming in his school years, he remains an avid sports enthusiast.

Ziyan completed his Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) UK and has received his Executive Education at the Kellogg Business School, Wharton Business School, NUS Singapore and INSEAD.
