Director Group Innovation - MAS Holdings

Sid Amalean is the Director Group Innovation at MAS Holdings, leading Product Innovation for the Enterprise, strengthening governance, setting strategic direction and building scalable product capabilities across MAS’ Product Centres of Excellence and Twinery. He also oversees the Group’s Product Committee, the governing body for Innovation at MAS, while continuing to support execution of the organisational strategy. Prior to this role, Sid served as the Head of Strategy at MAS, leading the development and rollout of the company’s 2030 strategy.

Having obtained his bachelor’s degree in business management from Boston University, Sid worked at Virtusa prior to joining MAS in 2016.

Prior to his current role at MAS, Sid has worked in production, innovation, wearable technology and held a leadership role as the Head of Sustainable Business, consolidating the company’s sustainability strategy into the MAS Plan for Change.

Sid is also a Board Member of the MAS Foundation for Change, an independent non-profit organization aimed at tackling the social and environmental challenges faced due to biodiversity loss, ocean pollution, and lack of access to clean water.
